Dear Sir / Madam

Untill recently I was a student with the training organisation called 'MICROTECH' I was undertaking the ECDL course modules 1 and 2.

On Monday 24th July, late in the afternoon, the class was obliged to watch a video on what is called "equal opportunities / racism awareness training"
Soon after this video started I began to find the content very offensive, and left to go and work on my computer again.
As I left someone made a remark about my departure and I said without turning around
"I have been on the recieving end of racism for years , but I am not allowed to talk about it, and I am not going to watch this sort of thing."
I worked away on my computer for a while and then as it was so late I left a few minutes early.

The class had already been told that due to an aptitude test being held, Tuesday the 25th of July would just be a half day (PM). I did not feel too well on the Tuesday due to a stomach upset, so at around 11am I phoned MICROTECH and explained my situation to the girl (Erim) on the phone

Wednesday the 26th and the greater part of thursday 27th went as normal.

On Thursday 27th July towards the end of the afternoon break (about 3.15 pm) I was approached by Ms Lorraine Stevens of MICROTECH who requested that I speak with her.

This was in connection with a complaint / complaints ? That had been recieved about me from a person / persons ? In the office / from outside the building ? Regarding my racist / sexist ? behaviour.

I can't be more specific bacause at this time no specification has been given to me, except that I was being dismissed from the course !!
The class was due to sit the exam the following day. So you could say that I was dismissed from the course less than an hour and a half before I was due to take the test.
Ms Lorraine Stevens hinted at various reasons for my dismissal which are given above, but refused to actually say why. I came to the conclusion that I was being deliberately "Baited" into over reacting, this reaction would then be held up as an example of the normal Sean Bryson.
There is a lot of that sort of thing around these days.

I went back to my computer which was just a few feet away to pack my things. As I was doing so I remarked to Ms Stevens that I considered that I had been treated very unfairly, and made reference to the sort of courts where the accusers and the judges all sit around wearing balaclavas.

Ms Stevens replied that the complaints procedure was detailed in the MICROTECH handbook, I nodded and said nothing. Ms Stevens repeated this statement a further two times, and each time I just nodded and said nothing. I then left the building.
On Friday the 28th July, I contacted my course tutor at MICROTECH, Mr Carl Callender. I wanted to get clarification as to why I had been dismissed from the course. Mr Callender told me that he knew nothing about it, and that there had been no involvement by him at all.

On the following Monday, 31st July 2000. I went to Hammersmith benefit office to sort out the paper work for my claim, and also to report what had happened at MICROTECH.
While there I spoke to Ms Maria D'Lima 020 8210 8100 who is the team leader of the client advisory section.

I gave Ms D'Lima full details of the events, and told her that I wanted to take this situation all the way to court if need be. I also told Ms D'Lima that I had been on the recieving end of racial / political persecution for some years and had put together a web site dedicated to this.


In particular I wanted to draw her attention to the chapter called Sixty Plus 60+ / Volunteer Bureau.
It is almost a mirror image of the situation at MICROTECH, it is also the reason that I want this situation taken all the way to court.

This sort of organised / institutionalised racial / political persecution has to stop.

** I had been sent to MICROTECH Computer Services Ltd, by my local "Hammersmith" branch of the Employment Services. Immediately after my dismissal from MICROTECH, I made comprehensive reports to a number of the relevant personnel at this office, who took suspiciously little ( NONE !! ) action on my behalf. The Hammersmith branch of the Employment Services was at the time, very heavily staffed by ethnic minority groups.
Had I also been a member of a minority group, I believe that the full weight of the Employment Services would have been thrown at MICROTECH.
And that a very very substantial compensation payment would have come my way because of the blatant RACIST double standards that were applied by MICROTECH and Hammersmith Employment Services.

As you can see from this letter from the Daily Mail, the Mail has known about MICROTECH and this website for quite a few years and has done NOTHING ! The Daily Mail is also well aware of how Anti White Racists have smashed my windows, here in Notting Hill W11! And has done NOTHING ! ( And so are a lot of our other media people )

REMEMBER ! All of these events have happened within WALKING DISTANCE ! of the Daily Mail / Evening Standard offices. Over the years I have even leafleted outside of their offices in Derry St W8 on TWO separate occassions.
