Dear Mr Bryson

Thank you for your e-mail dated 7th September 2004

We have noted your feedback on sales and appointment bookings at Internet Exchange and these will be discussed with all staff members concerned and incorporated into our on-going staff training schedules.

It is company policy that all enrolment appointments are booked in advance to allow the necessary paperwork to be gathered and for the correct information on eligibility, course offers and learndirect policies be communicated effectively. It should also be noted that the staff at Internet Exchange North Kensington have been directed by their Head Office to put aside times in their day to commit to administration duties and it was unfortunate that we could make an exception and accommodate you on the day of your initial enquiry.

I have spoken to all members of staff at the library and it is felt by Internet Exchange that you *behaved in a manner which did not recognise the respect and dignity we require from both staff and visitors to the centre. We believe your ?? aggressive manner ?? is not conducive to a healthy working relationship with Internet Exchange and our current learners.

We therefore feel obliged to cancel your appointment made for Monday 13th September 2004, and decline enrolling you on our training programes. Should you wish to find alternative training centres you can contact the London Central Hub on 0208 918 7170.
