Dear Sirs/Madam,
I am contacting you late, because I have had
great difficulty in getting information as to what to do about
an incident that took place while I was on a training course with
an organisation called MICROTECH.
After making enquiries and complaints in various
quarters I received information that I should present my case
to you.
Because there is such a history behind these
events I have put together a website dedicated to these and related
events please view....www.SeanBryson.Com
The "MICROTECH" situation does however,
stand up all on it's own.
Go to "Chapter Index" and scroll
down to the bottom of the page and you will find "MICROTECH"
This is a complete history of everything so far and details of
the delaying tactics used by Mr Bature Ali at the Race Commission,
in an attempt to cover up what is going on behind the veil of
political correctness.
For your consideration I have enclosed a copy of the details that
I sent to the Race Commission by recorded delivery, in ample time.
Immediately after the event, details were also sent to Hammersmith
Employment Services, WESTEC, and "MICROTECH"
None of these people have volunteered any assistance or feedback
of any kind.
(I have still not been told why I was dismissed
from the training course !!!)
It was only after I made contact with the Government
Office for London that I got very late and sparse response from
Mr Bature Ali of the Race Commission. It was left up to me to
find out just who what and where an employment tribunal was, and
what the procedure was.
This information was finally given to me by Mr Richard Leong of
North Lambeth Law Project, late last week.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours Sincerely
Sean Bryson

Dear Mr Rooney,
Further to our telephone conversation last
friday morning, I am writing here to give further details as to
why I feel that I have been wronged by "MICROTECH"
Firstly I would like to make it clear that I had been sent on
the training course at "MICROTECH" by my local (Hammersmith)
branch of the employment services, where I was signing as unemployed.
This was under the training for work scheme, and the intention
was to enhance the Computer/ Internet skills that I already have,
to assist me into employment.
Towards the end of the course the class was
obliged to watch a video on what has commonly become known as
"Equal Opportunities / Racism Awareness Training"
I became very offended by the style of the (Black) femail presenter
in this video, and it's content.
I will explain why.
The presenter took the attitude that we? all
knew about racism in the workplace insofar that we? had all seen/experienced
it. The way that ( White?) people look at you/treat you Etc.Etc.
I have not witnessed
this anywhere.
I do not indulge in it, I never have, and I don't know anyone
that does !!
I don't doubt that this sort of thing happens, but I have to seriously
question the frequency.
It was soon after this point, that I got up
to go back and work on my computer. While at my computer I could
still hear the sound from the video. From what I could hear someone
on the video was interviewing wht sounded like some very stereotyped
"Northerners" who were being questioned as to why they
were unemployed.
These "Stereotypes" sounded as
though they could make the "Dingles" from the TV soap
"Emerdale Farm" seem like something out of Mastermind.
They really were that far over the top.
The reason that these stereotypes gave for
their unemployment was.....
Cany
git a job coz o all dem paki's !!
It was soon after this that I packed my things
and left. I believe that Ms Lorraine Stevens's treatment of me
a couple of days later, was a direct result of my refusal to watch
the video. I believe that Ms Stevens wanted to make an example
of me to the other students, and make then too intimidated to
complain about the content of these sort of video's
(I have been told since, that these sort of indoctrination practices
are quite common, but to complain brings instant accusations of
"RACISM") And who do white people wind up complaining
to anyway??
I request your assistance with this situation. So far I have still
not been told why I was dismissed from the course.
Yours Sincerely
Sean Bryson
