Just what IS
Harassment ?
The definition given below
on the Police Document is so broad, vague and
imprecise, that it can mean ANYTHING,
that the authorities WANT
it to mean at the time. Just like some other
very vague "Catch All" terms such
as "Racism" and "Institutionalised
Racism"

WE ALL have
the same right NOT to be harassed, by exactly
the same rules !
Harassment is a course of conduct that a person
knows or ought to know will cause a person to
either fear violence or be harassed. Examples
of harassment can include:
Wilful damage to property, assault, unwarranted
verbal or physical threats, abusive communication
or repeated attempts to talk or approach a person
who is opposed to this.
Harassment is a criminal offence under the Protection
from Harassment Act, 1997
WARNING: It is important that you understand
that should you do any further direct or indirect
action that amounts to harassment this may make
you liable to arrest. You will be given a copy
of this notice for your information. Police
officers will retain a copy that can be produced
if necessary in any subsequent court proceedings
against you.

| Although I have experienced
a number of stress related health disorders since my problems
in this house began ( Insomnia, depression, anxiety, panic
attacks, etc ) the worst of these has to be the Psoriasis
that has taken hold. It is incurable, and very nasty indeed.
It comes and goes in degrees of
severity, while constantly getting worse. One step back,
and two steps forward seems to be the pattern. It started
around about the mid nineties. It has affected a number
of areas on my body, and in August 2003 my Doctor referred
me to St Mary's Hospital in Paddington to see if their "Light
Treatment" may be beneficial.
For a long time I was on a high dose of Ibuprofin for a
headache that lasted for over a year ! This headache made
it impossible for me to sleep or even lie on my right hand
side.( My Psoriasis started on my right elbow / hip. At
first my Doctor prescribed an emollient cream.)
For quite a long time I also had
severe bowel problems, and then for a long time after that
a susceptibility towards bowel problems. I have had other
stress related symptoms too. I spent a long time taking
Beta Blockers for this stress. Prior to moving to this area
I was uncommonly healthy.
The Notting Hill Housing Trust has
had reports from my Doctor concerning this situation.
