Dear Mr Bryson

The Volunteer Bureau have passed on to me your letter about your project. It sounds very interesting and you have obviously worked hard at it.

However, the Trustees of these Charities usually insist that an established organisation is responsible for any grant that they make. As you already work with 60 Plus, I suggest that they apply for the funding and take responsibility - even if you actually do the work. We know 60 Plus well and if they wish to take up your suggestion, we should require more detail on the need for such publicity.
